At Student Affairs, we recognize that campus jobs offer valuable opportunities for students to develop skills that benefit them both personally and professionally. To better support our student employees, we invited over 800 student employees and interns to participate in the 2024 Student Employee Engagement Survey.

The Student Employee workshop series provides monthly professional development opportunities for student employees, leaders, fellows, and interns. Grounded in the Conscious Leadership Model, these workshops focus on building communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Participants are encouraged to select two workshops each semester to enhance their personal and professional growth.

On-campus student employment at the University of Utah is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to foster growth, development, and success. With over 750 student employees and 500+ student leaders and volunteers, Student Affairs understands the transformative impact of these experiences on shaping students' futures.
