Register for the 2025 NASPA Virtual Conference

Lifelong learning is one of our values in Student Affairs, and we are committed to providing staff with opportunities for professional growth. As part of this commitment, Student Affairs has secured the NASPA Institutional Membership, granting all NASPA individual members in Student Affairs free registration for the 2025 NASPA Virtual Conference, taking place April 8–11, 2025. 

This three-day interactive event offers high-quality educational sessions focused on individual and team development. Participants can engage in live sessions, extended learning workshops, and on-demand content—available for 365 days after the event.  View the full schedule here.

How to Register: 

1. Visit the 2025 NASPA Virtual Conference site and log in. 

1. Click “Register” and select “Individual Registration.” 

1. Scroll down to “Start Your Registration Here” and click “Individual Member Registration.” 

1. Click “Register” to complete your registration. 

Note: Your NASPA membership must be active through April 11, 2025 to qualify for free registration. If your membership expires before then, you’ll need to renew before registering.
