Healing Art Exhibit Winners

The University Counseling Center hosted its first Healing Art Exhibit, spotlighting student experiences with burnout through creative expression. Held in the Union lobby from Jan. 30 to Feb. 3, the exhibit allowed attendees to vote for their favorite pieces, awarding cash prizes to the top three winners. The event highlighted the widespread impact of burnout and the healing power of art in student life.

Mental Health First Aid Training

This certification course teaches participants to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges and substance use disorders.

University of Utah students are invited to participate in the National College Health Assessment survey to help improve campus health and well-being. Participants can win a $100 gift card. The survey runs from February 14 to March 6. Responses are confidential and will help tailor programs to student needs.
