Student Affairs provides its departments with IT and desktop support through an embedded department within University Information Technology (UIT).

Ticket Options

Submit a request or incident by using one of the methods below.

 

Call the Help Desk

This is the quickest way to submit a request ticket. Call 801-581-4000 and choose option 1.

 

Submit a Ticket Online

Log in with your CIS credentials to send a request ticket directly to the University Campus Computer Support team (UCCS).

Email the Help Desk

This is the slowest method of getting a ticket entered. A ticket may not reach UCCS for 1-2 business days.
