Reporting to the Assistant Director of Occupancy Management, the Housing Outreach Coordinator plays a key role in supporting communication and customer service operations within Housing & Dining Programs (HDP). This position manages the department’s primary communication channels, including phone and email, and leads the development and delivery of outbound communications to students and families.
The role is responsible for ensuring clear, accurate, and consistent messaging across all stages of the housing experience, while providing high-quality support for complex or escalated inquiries. The Housing Outreach Coordinator works closely with teams across HDP and campus partners to assist students navigating housing processes such as applications, assignments, changes, and special requests.
This position contributes to a positive and responsive student experience by supporting high-volume communication cycles, maintaining messaging consistency, and identifying opportunities to improve communication and service delivery.

The Center for Campus Wellness (CCW ) is a confidential and comprehensive wellness office that provides wellness education, trainings and workshops; victim-survivor advocacy services and support; safer sex services for students; alcohol and other drug support services; wellness coaching; basic needs support; resource navigation; and student involvement opportunities.
CCW seeks a Health Educator to join our team who will focus on leading and supporting wellness initiatives, education, and programming for a growing campus community. This position will report directly to the CCW Manager of Health Education Programs.
This position is a part of the CCW’s Prevention and Education program team which is committed to taking a comprehensive and holistic approach to wellness promotion at the University of Utah. This team actively addresses collegiate wellness topics including but not limited to relationship and sexual violence, sexual wellness, mental wellness, alcohol and drug harm reduction, and more, using a primary and secondary prevention focus.
Applicants should be proficient in health education and promotion principles, best practices, and behavior change frameworks; have experience working with collegiate wellness initiatives; have experience with conducting needs assessments and other data collection strategies; and committed to a student-centered, harm-reduction, comprehensive approach to wellness education and promotion. Overview & General Purpose
The Facilities Information Coordinator works with the Associate Director for Facilities and the Assistant Director for Facilities Projects to collect and analyze information and data regarding Facilities operations and capital projects and provides detailed reports to enable the Facilities Department to track and build operational and capital project budgets.
Additionally, this role serves at the intersection of technology and implementation. Developing and maintaining the Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), along with providing training and insights for end-users on the operation of the system. Further, this role will serve as a primary liaison for the technical development and management of the Warehouse Inventory System.

Warehouse Management
The Warehouse Coordinator is a supervisory position that reports to the Assistant Director of Contract and Project Management. Direct reports include two store keepers and a varying number of seasonal help and temporary labor.
Procures materials and equipment needed by Maintenance shop and Assistant Director of Contract and Project Management to maintain and repair University buildings and equipment. Locates sources of supply and makes arrangements for the delivery, coordination and expediting of purchases made through the Purchasing Department. Utilizes Computerized Maintenance Management System to track and maintain physical inventory, historic records of products and tracking requisition information. Utilizes computer programs to track spending and inform budget projections.
