2023 Posts
Redfest, presented by ASUU, will be held on October 5, 2023, on the Union lawn, headlined by Blanco Brown. Other acts include Mason Ramsey, Moorea Masa and the Hood, and Hope Cassidy. Students with a valid U-card get free entry; tickets for the public are $35. The theme is "Giddy Up," with a kick-off event on October 2 featuring free cowboy hats and line dance lessons.
The 2023 Student Affairs Strategic Results Award winners are Andree Boggess, April Pavelka, Christina Kelly LeCluyse, and LeeAnn Gallegos. They are recognized for their outstanding contributions to student support, operational excellence, student engagement, and inclusive excellence. Congratulations to all!
Debbie Hair is retiring after a remarkable 17-year career at the Bennion Center for Community Engagement. Known for her personal connections and professional contributions, Debbie has supported countless students and staff. She plans to spend her retirement with her grandkids, gardening, and pursuing hobbies like Dutch oven cooking. Congratulations, Debbie!
