As part of the Adapting to Student Needs Strategic Plan, Student Affairs has introduced UID card readers to track student engagement via Campus Connect. This initiative aims to create a more inclusive and student-centered experience by gathering real-time data on service usage. Extra card readers are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

LeiLoni McLaughlin is the new Associate Director of the LGBT Resource Center at the University of Utah. With a strong background in social work and advocacy for LGBTQ+ and BIPOC youth, McLaughlin aims to foster inclusive spaces and community connections. She is passionate about social justice and intersectionality.

New Director for Training, Programming and Outreach

Angela Enno has been appointed as the director for Training, Programming and Outreach at the University Counseling Center. She will oversee the APA-accredited Psychology Predoctoral Internship program and support other training programs and outreach initiatives. Enno brings 12 years of experience in university mental health settings.

Student Affairs Partnership with University Analytics and Institutional Reporting

Student Affairs has forged a partnership with the newly reorganized University Analytics and Institutional Reporting (UAIR) Department that will improve the ability to make data-informed decisions across the university, streamline the ability to process and request data, and support the progress of the Adapting to Student Needs strategic plan within Student Affairs.
