The transition to college can bring new opportunities, but it can also introduce challenges related to mental health, finances, belonging, and overall well-being. To help students navigate that transition, Student Affairs is launching a Wellness Assessment for incoming students that will connect them with resources tailored to their individual needs.
Parenting students face unique challenges on campus and can often struggle to build community and find a sense of belonging due to the responsibilities and time demands of parenthood. To help foster connection and support among parenting students, the Center for Student Access and Resources (CSAR) will host its first-ever Parenting Student Conference on June 20 in the Union Building.
