We know this is a time of uncertainty for students, so we have curated a list of ways you can get career-related support virtually. We hope these resources and tools will provide you with ways you can continue to make progress toward reaching your goals.

All student parents who need diapers can pick them up at the FeedU pantry in the Union or on the medical campus, or at UKids Guardsman Way 545 Guardsman Way

Center for Student Wellness - Virtual Support

 

Counseling Center

Telephone crisis are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to enrolled University of Utah students.  Phone triage services are also available.  Please call 801-581-6826 to speak with a crisis counselor or schedule a phone triage appointment. We are reaching out to current clients with information about how to schedule telemental health therapy and medication management sessions.  Mindfulness Center workshop offerings are being moved to an online format.  In the meanwhile, please visit https://counselingcenter.utah.edu/services/audiomindfulness.php for guided meditations.

Financial Wellness Center

Due to the recent changes to the University has been making in regards to COVID-19, the Financial Wellness Center will be providing support for sutdent, staff, and faculty through virtual and phone appointments. We understand that this is a stressful time for many, and we want to let you know that we are here for you. Students, staff and faculty who are in need of support can email us at pmmc@sa.utah.edu

LGBT Resource Center

The LGBT Resource Center will be operating virtually until further notice and our center in 409 Student Union will be closed.

However, our staff are on call and available to talk with you Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, via phone, email, and Skype. Contact us at lgbtrc@sa.utah.edu or 801-587-7973.

Veterans Support Center

The VSC has begun completely virtual/online operations until further notice. Although the office will not be manned, we can still be reached via phone and email during our normal working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Fri at vetcenter@sa.utah.edu or 801-735-2808. The U's SCOs (GI Bill folks) are working virtually. Voicemails left at their number, 801-581-6945, will be checked frequently, but for the quickest response, send an email to vetservices@sa.utah.edu.
