The University of Utah Counseling Center (UCC) is celebrating 50 years of accreditation through International Accreditation of Counseling Services (IACS), a milestone that reflects the center’s long-standing commitment to providing high-quality mental health support for students.

To help students navigate that transition, Student Affairs is launching a Wellness Assessment for incoming students that will connect them with resources tailored to their individual needs.
Parenting students face unique challenges on campus and can often struggle to build community and find a sense of belonging due to the responsibilities and time demands of parenthood. To help foster connection and support among parenting students, the Center for Student Access and Resources (CSAR) will host its first-ever Parenting Student Conference on June 20 in the Union Building.
Every student’s journey at the U is different—and that’s what makes it worth celebrating. In honor of this, the Center for Community and Cultural Engagement is hosting the annual Celebrating U Completely Graduation Event, which recognizes the connections, experiences, and communities that shape those journeys. The ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 23, from 6–8 p.m. in the Union Ballroom.
