Adapting to Student Needs Updates
In October 2022, Student Affairs formally launched Adapting to Student Needs, a strategic plan for the organization. Since then, departments have been working on specific initiatives to help advance the mission and vision of Student Affairs. Now, a communications committee made up of members from throughout the organization has developed a plan to consistently share updates and stories relating to the strategic plan in the Student Affairs blog and newsletter.
Each month, this committee will share content including data measuring progress toward our goals, stories of how student affairs staff exemplify our strategic themes, reminders of our values and how they play out in our daily work, and more.
Our goals are to ensure transparency throughout this process and to help improve understanding of the Strategic Plan to all Student Affairs staff members and our campus partners.
