2023 Student Organization Awards
On Wednesday, April 5, Student Leadership & Involvement recognized 24 student organizations for the wonderful work they do around campus. The award winners in each category were nominated by their peers, advisors, and classmates who believe these organizations are truly making a difference on campus. Each of these organizations provide exciting involvement opportunities for students by hosting events, raising awareness about important issues, and providing opportunities for students to affect positive change at the University of Utah. The work these student organizations put in every day helps students discover their passion, people, and purpose.
Student organizations often start as a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals
and over time, these groups grow larger and larger as the organization continues to
reach more students. These groups are changing the world one student at a time and
helping students realize they are not alone and that there are other students out
there with similar interests, students who are in the same field of study, or who
like playing the same games, or who care about the same causes.
In Student Leadership & Involvement, we are so proud of what these dedicated student organizations have accomplished. Congratulations to all the wonderful student organizations recognized at the 2023 Student Organization Awards!
