Black Veterans of Utah Exhibit

The University of Utah's Veterans Support Center will be hosting the Black Veterans of Utah Exhibit from October 28 to November 4. The Exhibit is presented by the Sema Hadithi African American Heritage & Culture Foundation and will be located in the Union Lobby. "Sema Hadithi" is Swahili, and translates to "tell the story" in English. The Sema Hadithi Foundation is dedicated to the research, discovery, preservation, and telling the story of Utah's Black history. The foundation tells the stories of African Americans through history, culture, and arts. 

Additionally, Robert Burch will be speaking on Utah Veteran Black History in the West Ballroom on November 3 from 2 to 3 pm.
