Student Affairs Strategic Results Award

The Student Affairs Strategic Results Award recognizes Student Affairs employees who go above and beyond in their work to achieve strategic results, as defined in our strategic plan. These include:

1. 1. Student support and advocacy: We offer caring and innovative services that facilitate holistic student wellness.
   2. Operational excellence: We engage in continuous improvement to optimize student success and maximize resources.
   3. Student engagement: We foster varied opportunities for students to develop leadership and flourish through social and community connections.
   4. Inclusive excellence: We strive to provide transformative practices and programs that enhance access, representation, and a sense of belonging that is culturally aware, and to remove barriers to success for students and staff.

Up to five recipients will be selected and will be recognized in the Student Affairs newsletter and will receive a $500 award.

Eligibility: All full-time staff members with three or more years of service within Student Affairs, except for vice presidents, deans, and directors, are eligible for nomination. Reviewers can only consider information provided in the nomination, so be sure to be thorough in your description of the nominee’s qualifications.
