Social Connections Committee

We're glad you're here! 

The Social Connections Committee helps to encourage and create opportunities for healthy, high-quality relationships among employees within the division and the University. With the goal of supporting holistic staff interactions, this committee identifies staff needs, responds to those needs, and creates engaging programmatic opportunities that benefit staff and promote authentic social connections. 

Our Goal is to:

  • Identify staff needs in regards to connection to their peers, the division, and the University.
  • Implement best practices to promote healthy relationships and connection at the U.
  • Support social integration for both new and current staff members.
  • Increase overall staff morale, job satisfaction, and retention.
